Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship within the timeframe listed in the product description. Estimated ship dates are our best projections and may occasionally change due to supplier, production, or shipping delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier selected by The Graham Corral. Shipping delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders promptly, The Graham Corral is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. The Graham Corral is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.
High-Volume Periods
Please note that processing times may be extended during:

- Holiday seasons
- Sales and promotional events
- Large order volume periods
