At Graham Corral, each item is thoughtfully selected, handmade, hand embroidered, or made to order with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we appreciate your support of our small business.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- In original condition with any tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items when inventory is available.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized items
- Skincare Line - Tallow Products
- Sale or clearance items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Pre-Order Items
Many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches. Pre-order items may require additional processing time.
Estimated shipping dates are provided in the product listing. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to production schedules, material availability, or shipping carrier delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
